How to link text and images in Dreamweaver.
Text Links
To link a inturnal page, highlight your text that you want to link to a page. Go to your bottom Properties panel and put in the page in the links form.
To link to a different website, you must use the http://website.com. To open your webpage in a new browser window, Target > _blank
To change the link colours go to your Properties Panel and click Page Properties...
Click on Links, choose your Link Colour. You can choose a Rollover colour (when your cursor is over the link the link colour changes), you can also choose a Visited link colour (when you visited that page it will change the link colour to show you have been there). Ive also changed to never underline my links.
Linking Images
Click on the image and go to the bottom Properties panel and type the url you want the image to take you to.
