Contact Form In this tutorial we are going to complete the layout of a contact form: Go to your toolbar > Insert > Form > Text Field Click on the text field and if you look to your properties panel, the text field is named textfield, change it to name. We are going to put in another text field under that and name it email. Under this we are going to put a List/Menu to offer choice's for a subject field. Click on your List/Menu and go to your Properties panel and click List Values...
Now to create the list values, fill in the list with label and value. To add a new label click " ". Click OK when your finished. Your form should now look like this: Now are are going to put in a text field for the form message, go Insert > Form > Textarea Click on the textfield and go to your properties panel, resize the Char width to 30. Now we are going to add our submit and reset buttons. Go Insert > Form > Button. Click on the button and go to your Properties panel and click Reset Form. Add another button next to the reset button for submitting the form. You Should now have this:
