Create a jump menu to quickly change pages on a website. Go to your toolbar > Insert > Form > Jump Menu

Will in the text field and the url you want that button to go. Once you have done this click the " " button above the Menu Items to create another link. Ive decided to add 4 links to my menu.

Ive decided to choose to Insert a go button after menu, with out this it will redirect you to the webpage with out a button to confirm.

You should now have this:
