This is a great little effect for your webpage, simple and effective.

To creat flash text go to your toolbar > Insert > Flash Text

Fill in the fields.
 
  You have lots of great options, ive decided to have my text as black but with a rollover colour of red which means when you put your cursor over the text it will change from black to red.

Note: You can link the text and use it as buttons.

You should now have this:
