To create a flash button go to your toolbar > Insert > Flash Button.

To creat your button, choose a style and choose your text. To link your button to a webpage type in the url, ive choosen a Target of _blank, which will make the page open in a new window. Once your done, choose OK.

Note: the button has a small background to it with a default colour of white, if your webpage has a background colour of orange and you put a button in, the flash button will have a white box round it then the site colour background, to change the colour of white choose a Bg colour.
