To insert flash go to your Toolbar > Insert > Flash.

Loop: Loop is used to replay your flash video after its finsihed.
  Autoplay: Starts playing your flash video on load.
  Align: Align your flash on a webpage
  Quality: You can change the quality of your flash document for quicker loading times.
  Play: Play the flash in dreamweaver to preview it.
