Insert a image, on the right side of your dreamweaver, you will see the Tag Panel, Go to Behaviours and click the " ". Go down and click Swap Image.

Browser to find the image you want to switch the first image with and click OK.

Your behaviors panel should now look like this:

onMouseOut: When you havnt got your cursor over the image it will not show the other image

onMouseOver: When your cursor is on top of the image then the other image will appear.
