How would you recommend getting traffic for a tech site?

Well to start with, it's amazing to see how many people are becoming successful even though they've dropped out of college.

I suppose the main question I have to ask is how you managed to become so successful in a such a competitive blogging field? Most of the search engine results for computer related problems are blogs, making it a very competitive field.

Most people draft content filled with keywords. That's good for seo, but kills the readability. I never really bothered about SEO. I made sure that my posts are easier to read and interpret. I guess, you need to balance between readability and keyword stuffing.

If you are well versed with Photoshop or video games, then you should be able to build reputation without much efforts.
