Ya I agree. We need to take action. Well it is easy said then done.
Tim,
I agree that nothing gets done without any action. The key is to just step up to the plate and to not fear the possibilty of failure. Failure is a learning experience and to be successful, one has to face failure. I think sometimes people are too consumed about taking action when they feel one-hundred-percent ready. I think the better option is to jump right into the fire with low resources, putting low risk on the table.

Inaction will not give any kind of result, lets face that fact! As for Tims tips, they apply to both young and old entrepreneurs, without a doubt.
