Retireat21
We are currently working with my designer on our third redesign, every design has been great but I like perfect! Here is a previews of designs I liked but didn’t go ahead with:

We have hired the programmers who will be completely reprogramming the website offering some cool new features! We are just waiting for the design from my designer and we are set to go!
After seeing such great things from Market Leverage, I am hoping to run a contest with there prizes soon.
Whats Michael Been Up to?
Yesterday I decided to clear out all my old stock from numerous business ventures, it was great fun going through it seeing all the stuff I have sold in the past, the pile includes, Lacoste Shirts and Polo’s, Abercrombie Polos, batteries, Stink Bombs, Belts, Sunglass and the list goes on.
Heres a picture of me with my stash:

I had two choices, either sell the stuff on eBay which would of taken up a lot of my time or give it to charity, I’m sure you be happy to know I gave it to charity.
In the past few weeks the weather here in England has been great so the real reason I haven’t been around is that Ive been down the beach, kayaking, walking my dogs, mountain biking and so on.

This has effected the amount of time I have put into my website but have managed to do quite a bit of work on Webdesigndev.com. One thing that has been great is advertisers here on Retireat21, this is because every month my advertisers get automatically billed for there payment, so even though I haven’t been working much on Retireat21 I have still been earning quite a bit of money, all on autopilot! I would like to thank a couple advertisers:
Matthew Martinez advertisers on both Retireat21.com and Webdesigndev.com!
I would also like to thank Patrick Devivo who runs Youth Blogger and has a contest on right now.
Webdesigndev
We are having a $100 logo design contest, feel free to get involved!
So how are my goals going?
RSS Readers: 374, I belive this is a great start but will rise quickly as the website does.
Income: $50, so far I am yet to monetize the site with different affiliate programs depending on the tutorial catagory, I will be showing different adverts by using wordpress codex.
Visitors: 58,068 may sound a lot of visitors but I hope to triple that in the next month, atleast!
We have added some great new tutorials, check them out here:
Creating Sticky Tape In Photoshop
Making a Splash Page in Adobe Flash
Importing Images in to Adobe Flash
Create a Unique Splash Page Using Photoshop
I am also considering offering the Retireat21 blog theme in 4 different colours on Webdesigndev.com – would you like that?
New Project
Last week I bought a small website of a friend called IncomeDiary.com which I bought mainly just because I loved the domain and felt it was perfect for my next project!
Market Leverage
Every day I check out my readers blogs to see how they are doing and what projects there working on. When I visited Nick Throlson’s website I notice he was running a Market Leverage give away contest, all you had to do to enter was leave a comment and subscribe to his feed. So thats what I did and sure enough a week later Nick emailed me telling me I won first place, a flip camera!
It arrived in the post yesterday and all I can say is WOW! I didn’t know how cool this was, ive made atleast 20 videos last night when I was out with my mates.
Anyways, you must join Market Leverage and start earning the big bucks right now! They also offer a 5% share of everyone you get to sign up, for life!
Heres my first video:

Nice, Good to see you've been getting up to a wide variety of stuff. That design doesn't look too crash hot, but I don't doubt the one you're waiting on will stun the world :P Keep it up! Scott.

The design you have up there is okay but I always thought of retireat21 to have more of a technorati style theme, more focus on content and alot more vibrant colors and a creme de le creme double menu bar at the very top :p

Interesting post. I'd be intrigued to see how you'll achieve that traffic for Retire@21, good luck with it! When does the new design go live? Can't wait to see it :)

Hey Michael, It's "JJ" here, long time no hear!! I am glad that you are enjoying your summer vacation. Looks like you are into the Chocolate Labs, my sister had one year back and she had him trained to "get a Bud" he would run down the stairs open fridge (with rope tied on it) and then if you asked for coke he would get a coke-cola and bring that to you. Very smart dogs! I looked up Market Leverage and it looks like you have to pay for it? Or am I reading that wrong, and what do they offer as oppose to Click Booth, Commission Junction? See ya jj will email you......

My spouse and i ended up being quite glad when Ervin could round up his research via the precious recommendations he was given from your own web pages. It is now and again perplexing to simply possibly be offering key points which often men and women have been making money from. We really figure out we need the blog owner to thank for that. Most of the explanations you've made, the easy website menu, the relationships you will aid to engender - it's got mostly spectacular, and it's really letting our son in addition to the family reason why that subject is enjoyable, and that is incredibly fundamental. Thanks for all the pieces!

I simply wanted to thank you so much again. I'm not certain what I would have done without the concepts documented by you about such a problem. Previously it was a daunting problem for me personally, but being able to view the very skilled avenue you treated it made me to jump for joy. I am thankful for your help and as well , hope that you recognize what an amazing job that you're providing training other individuals by way of your websites. I am sure you haven't got to know any of us.

I and my guys appeared to be going through the nice helpful hints from your web blog and so then came up with a horrible feeling I never expressed respect to the blog owner for those tips. All the guys were certainly excited to study all of them and have in effect in actuality been tapping into those things. Thanks for being well considerate and also for deciding upon these kinds of superior guides most people are really desperate to know about. My honest regret for not saying thanks to you earlier.
