I too enjoy website flipping. I find flippa a great site mainly to sell websites but find other sources for buying websites.

Every time I read your posts, it seems like I learn new things. I really like how to seem to make it a whole lot easier and it’s indeed very inspiring when you compared flipping burgers to flipping websites and real estate.

Sounds like fun. Really all you have to do once you create your first layout is tinker with it only slightly and resell another website. That and plenty of free layouts are on the web. Great guide, I may have to start trying this as I already know html, css, and php.
