  1. Ouch, she got owned lol. Reminds of the story of the 12 ear old kid who sold “52″ plasma tv pictures” for like $2000 each… he clearly said they were pictures….but worded it in a way so it sounded legit and he got tons of money lol.
Lucky all of my eBay experiences have been good.

  2. i have been done in through a scam like this regarding a laptop. i actually got a list of wholesalers instead of the laptop because i didn’t read carefully. my friend scammed someone on ebay like this once while advertising the free ipod websites.

I feel the ebay auctioner does have a case, unfortunately the show is so commercialised she has no chance on there. the judge does have a point about the weight thing though

  3. I understand where you are coming from Chris but the auctioner is trying to misslead people and I glad she didnt get away with it!

  4. To Sean, those kind of things aren’t good to think is legit. There are many more ways to make money legitly online.

  5. i love judge Judy. ebay scammers suck! this was a very interesting and engaging video… i love it :) comical too

  6. WOW haha I love Judge Judy and this was a great one. Come on now, two pictures of cell phones??? That is just ridiculous. Scammers just make me want to spit hot fire.
