I really like tip #4. I haven’t tried posting in forums yet, so I’ll definitely try that out. And it’s easy to burn out doing this, which is why you need to be passionate about the topic you’re writing about. Some bloggers can do everything right the first month or so, but it can become overwhelming when you also have a full time job.

Good tips. I feel that in order to know what to write, you really have to read more so that you present a different perspective of what others are saying. Otherwise it’s just repeating or copying other bloggers. Your blog has got to be unique, informative and compelling to read.

You’ve hit the nail on the head here Tom. I think the biggest problem is SEO and getting traffic from Search Engines for many bloggers; they have the writing skills but they lack good computer knowledge so end up giving up due to lack of money. Like you said; it really comes down to the work you are willing to put in. Result don’t come overnight.
